- What You'll Do
- + Act as a talent advisor for internal employees at Uber + Ensure that internal employees are acknowledged, evaluated, and dispositioned in a timely manner + Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process + Manage the entire hiring process from application review to offer acceptance + Develop recruiting strategy to fill open positions and help build an ongoing bench of qualified candidates + Build relationships and get to know Uber's talent by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company + Effectively interpret own and teams metrics to build process improvements + Deeply understand the candidate and advise the business on motivations and potential implications to hire + Continuously review the assessment process and proactively realign with stakeholders when faced with bottlenecks •Basic Qualifications•+ Minimum 4+ years of professional experience + Experience partnering and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process + Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies •Preferred Qualifications•+ 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition + Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or equivalent + Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Track record of success in a fast-paced environment + Ability to proactively identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements + Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions + Track record of partnering with and influencing a wide variety of clients, including senior-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
