Job Description

Summary The Clinical Outreach & Recruitment Specialist develops and maintains relationships with healthcare facilities to secure clinical placements and strengthen the institution's external network. This role supports student placement, expands partnership pipelines, and aligns outreach efforts with program growth and regulatory requirements. Duties and Functions Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to support clinical placement needs. Conduct outreach activities, including site visits, presentations, and partnership meetings. Negotiate and coordinate clinical affiliation agreements in collaboration with administration and compliance teams. Track and manage placement pipelines, site capacity, and partner engagement activities. Collaborate with program directors and faculty to align clinical placements with curriculum and student needs. Monitor and support ongoing partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuity. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, agreements, and placement data. Support recruitment initiatives by promoting programs to external partners and prospective students when appropriate. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, accreditation, and institutional requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, business, or related field preferred. Experience in healthcare outreach, clinical coordination, admissions, or partnership development preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic office systems. Knowledge of clinical placement processes and regulatory considerations is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits.

From $28.00 per hour
