Job Description
Description We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a short-term contract assignment based onsite in California. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage active recruiting needs with minimal ramp-up, and deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer coordination. The position focuses on full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day talent acquisition support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
- Source talent through multiple channels, including job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Screen applicants to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit with hiring needs and organizational expectations.
- Schedule and conduct interviews while guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain progress on urgent openings.
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system to ensure organized workflows and reporting visibility.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates, next steps, and hiring timelines.
- Support short-term recruiting coverage by handling active requisitions efficiently during a contract staffing gap. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer-stage coordination.
- Hands-on experience identifying talent through direct sourcing and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
- Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate activity and requisition status.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear and thorough communication skills for working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
