Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top candidates across multiple disciplines within the automotive testing industry. Your proactive approach will ensure we attract skilled professionals who align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position is a great opportunity for someone seeking to develop their skills in specialized/technical recruitment, grow their career in the staffing industry, and/or experienced HR individual with an interest in honing their recruiting skills. Responsibilities Assist with front end recruiting and hiring efforts Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Compile reports from personnel databases Review and update HR information system records Making phone calls to candidates / potential employees Setting interview appointments Booking employee travel Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants Experience Familiarity with recruiting and/or Human Resources preferred Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System.) Experience with MS Office General knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail
