In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top talent and building a strong workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values. Your energetic approach to talent acquisition, combined with your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating, will help us secure the best candidates across various departments. Duties Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels of the organization Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to enhance sourcing techniques Engage in active outreach through social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to generate candidate interest Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies Manage candidate relationships through effective communication skills, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process Support HR sourcing initiatives like employee orientation, succession planning, and training & development programs Requirements Proven experience with talent management systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable Strong knowledge of human resources management practices including employment law, employee relations, and contracts Demonstrated expertise in recruiting techniques such as executive recruiting, HR sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms for lead generation Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively across diverse audiences Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Kronos or Paychex for employee data management and payroll processing Experience in sales-driven roles such as cold calling or lead generation is advantageous Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Recruiter and become a vital part of shaping our company's future!
