Entry Level Sales/Recruiting

Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Sales/Recruiting professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, CA area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume phone outreach to prospective clients and candidates.
• Generate interest, qualify opportunities, and identify potential matches for the sales and recruiting team.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team members.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression with every contact.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Support recruiting and sales activity through strong communication, organization, and persistence. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:

  $18 to $22 per hour.
• Commission opportunity included.

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday.

• Hours:

  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Direct hire opportunity.
