Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Sales/Recruiting professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, CA area. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone outreach to prospective clients and candidates.
- Generate interest, qualify opportunities, and identify potential matches for the sales and recruiting team.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team members.
- Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression with every contact.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Support recruiting and sales activity through strong communication, organization, and persistence. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$18 to $22 per hour.- Commission opportunity included.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday.Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.- Direct hire opportunity.
