Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the hospitality and franchise industry, is seeking an Office Assistant
  • Bilingual (Mandarin) to join their team. As an Office Assistant
  • Bilingual (Mandarin), you will be part of the Field Operation Support (Franchise Recruitment Team) supporting the Franchise Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping individuals find the right opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $20•$22/hr.
  • Shift:
  • 8am•5pm, Monday through Friday •What's the Job?
  • + Serve as the first point of contact for potential franchise owners via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
+ Assist applicants interested in becoming franchisees for AFC Sushi locations, providing guidance and support throughout the process. + Negotiate and effectively 'close the deal' with prospective franchisees. + Learn about applicants' backgrounds and skillsets to determine the best fit for franchise opportunities. + Coordinate store assessments and evaluate business potential for new franchise locations.
  • What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent; AA/Bachelor's degree is a plus. + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and database management software.
