Job Description

Our staffing efforts are fully supported by the Staffing Recruiter, who is responsible for identifying, sourcing, contacting, screening, and qualifying potential candidates through online sourcing, job postings, referrals, and recruiting platforms. This position requires the ability to consistently complete a high volume of calls, interviews, and follow-ups each day. The Staffing Recruiter must have a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced staffing environment. Job Duties The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding and new hire orientations
  • Create and maintain job postings across various recruiting platforms
  • Collaborate with management and supervisors to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis depending on staffing needs and client requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate employee files and onboarding documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Communicate recruiting updates and hiring progress with management
  • Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts
  • Provide applicants with information about job opportunities, company expectations, and assignment requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
  • Follow up with candidates regarding availability, assignments, documentation, and onboarding requirements Required Skills and Experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or staffing software preferred
