Job Description

The Plus Group, inc. - Northern California office is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter in Yuba City. We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter to attract, engage, and onboard top real estate talent. This role is critical to the growth of the market center by identifying high-performing agents, building strong industry relationships, and promoting our Client's value proposition. The ideal candidate is a natural networker, persuasive communicator, and strategic thinker who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and recruit new and experienced real estate agents through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using CRM and recruiting tools Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present opportunities within Our Client Promote Our Client's culture, training programs, and value proposition to prospective agents Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with market center growth goals Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to attract talent Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture long-term relationships Track recruiting metrics including appointments, conversions, and hires Partner with leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new agents Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferred Real estate license is a plus (may be required depending on location) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence others Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficient with CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office tools #TPGYC3
