Job Description

•Aerospace and Manufacturing Industry Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support and administer key HR activities with a primary focus on recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and new employee integration. This role is responsible for coordinating hiring processes, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining HR administrative functions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This is a contract role and on-site in metro Denver, CO. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting positions, reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications and travel arrangements Partner with hiring managers to conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and support hiring and selection decisions throughout the recruitment process Evaluate applicant experience, technical qualifications, and overall fit for open positions Administer pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background screening coordination, and maintenance of applicant tracking records and hiring documentation Prepare employment offers and hiring documentation in accordance with established approval processes Lead and coordinate new employee onboarding activities, orientation programs, and benefits enrollment meetings to ensure a positive onboarding experience Complete employment eligibility verification and maintain accurate I-9 documentation and personnel records Assist with onboarding-related training coordination and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to support staffing needs and continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities are administered in compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations Other Duties & Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, human resources, or a related field within the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries Experience conducting interviews and partnering with hiring managers in the hiring process Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
