Recruiter E-Solutions IT Services Private Limited - 3.4 Centennial, CO Job Details Contract $39 - $42 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications LinkedIn Record keeping 5 years Talent acquisition platforms ATS Full cycle recruiting Talent pipeline development Bachelor's degree Clinical staff recruitment Interviewing Candidate sourcing Senior level Job offer negotiation Staffing management Marketing Collaboration with hiring managers Full Job Description Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with assigned hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, source, market and attract talent to foster the mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.
Candidate Assessment:
Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
Policy Expertise:
Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
MUST HAVE
Minimum Bachelors Degree Must have 5 or more years of staffing experience Agency experience is preferred but Corporate Recruiter experience is acceptable Must come from a high-volume environment Experience working on 40+ open REQ's consecutively Should have Healthcare recruitment experience RPO experience is a plus Experience with ATS and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards is required

8AM-5PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1
