Description We are looking for a Technical HR Recruiter specifically looking for experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Recruiting or SaaS Recruiting to support hiring efforts for an IT software organization in Denver, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination while helping teams attract strong technical and corporate talent. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong interviewing skills, and experience working with applicant tracking systems in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities:
Support recruiting efforts for technology-focused roles, including positions related to SaaS and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of corporate and technical openings, from intake discussions through final-stage coordination.
Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively identifying candidates with relevant experience through sourcing channels, networking, and market research.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, capabilities, and overall fit for each opportunity.
Manage candidate records, workflows, and communication within the applicant tracking system to ensure an organized hiring process.
Promote a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and effective coordination throughout the selection process.
Track hiring activity and provide recruitment insights that help improve sourcing effectiveness and decision-making. Requirements
Knowledge of SaaS and artificial intelligence talent markets is
REQUIRED
Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong background in sourcing and attracting candidates for both business and technical roles.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess qualifications against role requirements.
Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting activity.
Familiarity with technical recruiting within IT software environments.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
