HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the recruitment process for both ongoing hiring needs and seasonal production demands. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment efforts for multiple job openings, including postings on Indeed and internal platforms.
• Review applications, conduct prescreening interviews, and schedule follow-up sessions such as orientations.
• Process applications from walk-in candidates and conduct in-person prescreen interviews.
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for production roles during seasonal hiring peaks, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to manage scheduling and reduce fall-off rates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize open roles.
• Provide support for Spanish-speaking candidates, leveraging bilingual skills where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the hiring process. Requirements
• must be fluent in Spanish & English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to conduct interviews effectively and assess candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
