This Talent Acquisition Specialist will own hiring strategy and execution, ensuring a strong candidate experience while supporting immediate and future hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR and hiring managers, managing recruiting operations end-to-end and contributing to scalable hiring processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Core Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding workflows Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruiting pipelines Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruiting-related activities Additional responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include: Supporting current open roles and scaling hiring efforts for projected growth Managing multiple concurrent requisitions with strong prioritization Leveraging recruiting tools and external partners for specialized searches Ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring process across all roles
Core Competencies & Qualifications Required:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering roles Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting pipelines Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workable or similar) Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and HR teams Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
