We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a construction-focused organization. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment activities from opening a requisition through onboarding while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The role will focus heavily on identifying and attracting field leadership talent, coordinating hiring progress, and helping the business fill positions efficiently with candidates who align well with the company's values.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative talent sourcing strategies to attract candidates with experience in field supervision and other priority roles.
  • Review applicants, conduct initial outreach and phone screens, and guide candidates through each step of the selection process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers promptly while working closely with hiring leaders to move openings forward efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within the applicant tracking system, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Represent the organization professionally in interactions with applicants, agencies, and internal stakeholders to strengthen employer brand and service quality.
  • Process recruitment-related invoices and expense documentation accurately to support timely payment and recordkeeping.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and increase effective use of technology.
