This opportunity is ideal for a staffing professional with 5+ years of agency experience who has successfully managed multiple client relationships, handled complex recruiting challenges, and delivered exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is not a desk recruiter position. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, builds strong client partnerships, solves problems before they escalate, and thrives in a role that combines recruiting, customer service, employee management, and client relationship management. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts Handle 20+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, urgency, and responsiveness Recruit, interview, screen, and place candidates across a variety of light industrial and skilled positions Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized openings Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools Conduct employee onboarding, orientations, and new hire processing Perform extensive first-day, first-week, and ongoing employee follow-up Conduct regular client visits throughout the Hartford area Meet with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and staffing challenges Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service Resolve employee relations issues, attendance concerns, and workplace challenges Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, and onboarding requirements Respond quickly to call-offs, urgent openings, and workforce issues Maintain consistent communication with clients, field employees, and internal team members Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand existing business Customer Service Is a Major Part of This Role This position requires heavy customer service and relationship management . The successful candidate will spend significant time: Following up with employees on their first day and throughout their assignments Checking in with clients to ensure expectations are being met Visiting client facilities to maintain strong working relationships Addressing concerns before they become larger issues Providing a high-touch service experience to both clients and employees Serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned accounts Positions You'll Recruit For This role supports a diverse mix of light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and operations positions, including: Machine Operators CNC Operators Warehouse Supervisors Procurement Specialists Production Planners AutoCAD Drafters Shipping & Receiving Professionals Inventory Specialists Manufacturing Technicians Quality Inspectors Logistics Coordinators Skilled Production Personnel Qualifications 5+ years of staffing agency experience required Proven success managing multiple client accounts and high-volume recruiting activity Demonstrated ability to manage 10+ active clients and 20+ open positions simultaneously Experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialized positions Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and light industrial clients Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience conducting client visits and managing ongoing client relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and Microsoft Office Why Epic Personnel Partners?
