Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives for a Contract position based in Connecticut. This role focuses on managing recruitment efforts from initial outreach through offer coordination while helping the organization attract strong talent across corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and full cycle recruiting, along with the ability to build effective hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing plans to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Develop targeted talent pipelines by using multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
  • Screen applicants and assess qualifications to identify candidates whose experience and capabilities match business requirements.
  • Coordinate recruiting events and other outreach efforts that strengthen candidate engagement and expand access to talent with relevant experience.
  • Track recruiting progress, maintain organized candidate records, and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and market feedback.
  • Refine recruiting strategies based on hiring trends, response rates, and business priorities to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Support recruiting operations and related process activities that contribute to a consistent and positive candidate experience.
