Bilingual Recruiter (English & Spanish)

Bilingual Recruiter $25-27/hr | Fully On-Site | East Windsor, CT | Temp to Hire We're seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle hiring and support a seamless candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to identify and secure top talent. Responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding Source active and passive candidates via bilingual job boards, social media, and professional networks Conduct phone screens and interviews in both languages, assessing skills, proficiency, and cultural fit Facilitate new hire orientations and prepare employment documents in English and Spanish Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking sessions Maintain HRMS records and report on key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Full fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations INDA
