Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles across the organizationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needsCreate and post job ads, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to reach qualified candidatesManage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experienceTrack metrics and report on recruiting activities to inform HR strategyMaintain compliance with all applicable employment regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency settingStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
