Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for: Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

2+ years of customer services, hospitality, education with recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communicator Customer service focus MS Office experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This is a virtual role with local travel frequently in the Stratford, Milford, Orange, CT area to attend client, talent, hiring, and school events . Valid US Driver's license in good standing is required. Base pay for this position is $52,000-55,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
