Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Engineered Materials, Interconnects, and Packaging Division by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for individual contributor roles. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the division's growth objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, while also contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for individual contributor roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies for the direct labor workforce as well as individual contributor roles. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring efforts and provide regular reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Position Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle for individual contributor roles. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, trends, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics. Strong organizational and time management skills.
