Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple departments, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our company's growth and strategic initiatives. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating will be essential in building a high-performing workforce. You will collaborate closely with HR partners and hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Duties Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for a diverse range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft, and applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Taleo Conduct comprehensive interviews, leveraging strong communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize talent pipelines Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation methods to identify passive candidates and build talent pools Support onboarding processes through employee orientation programs and employee evaluation procedures Qualifications Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment with a track record of successful placements Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos is a plus Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and Salesforce is advantageous Join us as a Senior Recruiter to shape the future of our organization by attracting top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, engaging candidate experiences, and strategic relationship management.
