Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full hiring pipeline — from first contact through phone screens, interview scheduling, and follow-ups — keeping every candidate moving forward Quickly identify qualified vs. unqualified candidates while maintaining a strong, respectful candidate experience Keep hiring organized and visible by tracking applicants, interviews, and status while communicating clear updates to leadership Support growth by improving and building simple, repeatable hiring processes as the company scales
Qualifications:
