We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping candidates find employment opportunities. Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual. Position Summary The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients. This position will also involve occasional travel to client locations for employee check-ins, site visits, orientations, recruiting events, and relationship-building activities. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews Assist candidates through the onboarding and hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Follow up with employees regarding attendance, performance, and assignment status Communicate job opportunities to candidates through phone, text, email, and social media Coordinate interviews and start dates with clients Visit client locations for employee check-ins, recruiting support, orientations, and relationship management Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities Support branch operations and assist with customer service needs Work closely with management to meet recruiting and placement goals Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or HR experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients by phone and in person Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Paid holidays Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment Why Join GLS Staffing?
