Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Bilingual Talent Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a knack for identifying and attracting top talent. As a Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Bilingual prefered. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
