First impressions matter, and as a Talent Acquisition Preboarding Coordinator, you hold the keys to a candidate's very first chapter with us. From the moment an offer is accepted, you will step in as their dedicated partner, primary point of contact, and champion.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesPrincipal Duties and Job Responsibilities Independently manages the entire candidate preboarding process from post-offer acceptance to the first day.

Serves as the main point of contact for the candidate, guiding them through the preboarding process with clear communication and instructions, and resolving any barriers.

Effectively communicates candidate status updates to Talent Acquisition recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

Audits pending employee records to ensure the integrity of all data, including job attributes, offer pay rates, incentives, and employment history.

Hires the candidate in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) after all contingencies have been successfully met. Required Qualifications 1 year of experience in Human Resources or OnboardingKnowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably TaleoBasic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) What's in it for you?
