Job Description

Specialty Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Allied Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven recruiter with a proven background in travel healthcare staffing who can recruit, manage, and place allied healthcare professionals nationwide. This is a full-cycle recruiting role that requires someone who is self-sufficient, highly organized, and capable of producing results without constant supervision. If you have experience placing imaging and rehabilitation professionals and understand the travel healthcare industry, we'd like to speak with you.

Allied Disciplines You'll Recruit Imaging:

CT Technologists MRI Technologists Radiologic Technologists (X-Ray) Ultrasound Technologists /

Sonographers Mammography Technologists Nuclear Medicine Technologists Rehabilitation:

Physical Therapists (PT) Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) Occupational Therapists (OT) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and place allied healthcare professionals nationwide. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. Match candidates with travel assignments that fit their skills and goals. Negotiate compensation packages and secure candidate commitments. Meet and exceed placement goals. Work closely with credentialing and compliance teams to facilitate onboarding. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting allied healthcare professionals for a travel staffing agency. Demonstrated success placing allied healthcare travelers. Experience recruiting imaging and/or rehabilitation professionals. Strong understanding of travel healthcare staffing. Experience with VMS/MSP accounts required. Proven track record of placements and revenue production. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. What We're Looking For Successfully recruited allied travelers before. Highly motivated and competitive. Able to work independently and manage their own desk. Does not require micromanagement. Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Takes ownership of results.
