Work Location:
Must reside in Florida and be able to commute to the client site located in the Cape Canaveral area. Relocation assistance is not available. •position is contingent upon funding Responsibilities Own full life cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles. Manage high requisition volumes in a fast-paced environment. Build and execute recruiting strategies that scale to program needs, including organic and paid campaigns. As a trusted business partner, advise hiring managers and program on market insights and hiring guidance. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical categories. Negotiate offers within established pay ranges while ensuring great candidate experience. Ensure compliance with OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and client-specific requirements. Track and report recruiting metrics; maintain accurate ATS and CRM records. Actively represent the company at career fairs, networking events, community events, and program locations. Support Business Development (BD)/proposal efforts and contract transitions, as needed. Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives. Travel as needed to support recruiting, program initiatives, and organizational meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 years of experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation. Proven high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing skills (hardware, technician, facilities roles). Strong understanding of government recruiting regulations, compliance, and labor categories. Experience working in a unionized environment is desired. Hands-on experience with ATS (e.g. Taleo, DayForce) and CRM platforms. Advanced sourcing skills utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, niche pipelines, and social media channels. Ability to track and interpret recruiting data using various MS Office tools. Comfortable supporting BD and key personnel efforts for proposals and recompetes. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
