With multiple offices located in Clearwater and Tampa, CRWF is an industry leader in the field of clinical research. The company has facilitated more than 1000 Phase I-IV research studies in various therapeutic areas. CRWF is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and board certified/eligible physicians along with an experienced, highly trained clinical staff conduct our studies. Patient Recruitment (100%): Follow up on all leads within a timely manner (24-48 hours). Prescreen potential patients for various indications. Update database/portals accordingly. Schedule screening appointments through company's database system. Forward prescreened leads to the coordinators for further review and to determine eligibility. Manage campaign portals and make initial contact with new leads from campaigns. Assist Recruitment Manager and Coordinators with recruitment calls for all studies. Request medical records for all prescreened (when applicable) and screened participants. Redact and upload subject records into the database system. Update and track patient prescreening logs. Must be able to preform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments.
Professional Requirements Maintain GCP Certification Qualifications:
Extremely dedicated, organized, and a team player. Works well in a results-driven environment. Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly effective on the phone, detail oriented, strong organizational skills with the ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
Clinical research related experience in recruitment, Medical Training / licensure (CMA, LPN, etc) EOE. Competitive Salary Package.
