About This Role:
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to identify qualified applicants. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage candidate records and recruitment activity within ADP, Monday.com, and other recruiting systems. Assist with posting jobs and monitoring applicant flow. Support hiring managers by coordinating interview logistics and providing candidate updates. Assist with employment branding efforts on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. Generate and maintain recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy. Partner with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth new hire transition. Support recruitment projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
