Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional, and clinical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while supporting overall staffing needs across assigned departments. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions and departments Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring strategies Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates Coordinate and manage candidate selection and offer processes Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support quality staffing outcomes
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional recruiting experience OR Proven success as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with readiness to perform full‑cycle recruiting OR High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of recruiting experience
Certification Requirement:
Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification required within 12 months of employment
