At Nordis Technologies, this role is far more than a front desk position. As our First Impressions & Talent Coordinator, you serve as the gateway to our organization and a key partner in how we attract, welcome, and support both employees and candidates. You will shape the daily workplace experience while also playing a critical role in building our production workforce. From greeting visitors to coordinating hiring pipelines, you ensure every interaction, whether in-person or virtual, reflects a high-performing, people-first culture. Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming face of Nordis, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism Represent the company's culture and brand in every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging front desk and common areas Create an environment that feels polished, energetic, and ready for both employees and guests Anticipate needs and proactively elevate the employee and visitor experience Manage incoming calls, route inquiries effectively, and provide accurate information Take and relay messages with strong attention to detail Manage snack, beverage, and office supply inventory, including ordering and organization Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support internal processes, including voting procedures and client-related administrative requirements Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed Own coordination of the full recruiting lifecycle for production-related roles, including: Sourcing candidates across job boards and internal pipelines Conducting initial resume reviews and screening conversations Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications Ensuring a seamless, professional, and timely candidate experience Partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate flow Tracking recruiting activity and maintaining accurate candidate records Identifying opportunities to improve hiring speed, efficiency, and candidate quality for high-volume roles Qualifications Experience in reception, administrative support, or recruiting coordination Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Comfortable using office technology, phone systems, and Microsoft Office tools Experience supporting recruiting or high-volume hiring environments is a strong plus
