This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, executing targeted recruitment strategies, and supporting organizational growth through effective workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to align recruitment strategy with organizational goals. Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and other designated medical professionals across clinic and hospital settings. Develop and manage candidate pipelines through networking, market research, lead sourcing, and outreach initiatives. Plan and participate in lead scoping sessions and physician recruitment activities. Create and manage recruitment marketing content, including job advertisements and branding initiatives. Maintain current knowledge of physician recruiting trends, healthcare market dynamics, and industry best practices. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required.Preferred fields:
Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Experience Preferred 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a healthcare setting, with an emphasis on physician recruitment in both outpatient and hospital environments. LicensesCertifications AAPPR Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (preferred). SkillsCompetencies Self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines. Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
