Comfort Keepers is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our network of caring professionals in the Lady Lake office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home. The Recruiter will manage and coordinate the full recruitment cycle for caregivers in local offices including developing recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, interviewing, background checks, selection and managing onboarding process.

Job Summary :

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for caregiver from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with staff to understand staffing needs and priorities. Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals and local community outreach. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and reporting. Support hiring events, job fairs, and local partnerships to expand candidate pipelines.

Job Requirements :

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 1-2 years recruitment experience Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels. Must possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skills. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional customer services skills and written/verbal communication Excellent attention to detail A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).

Position Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and fieldwork both required.
