What You'll Do:
Own your market: Prospect, pitch, and close new business with clients across multiple industries.
Be a trusted advisor:
Deliver strategic staffing solutions for Temporary, Contract, and Executive Search roles.
Drive the full cycle:
Source, interview, and match top talent in areas like Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Admin, Ops, and more. 🚀
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in a full-desk staffing role with proven sales and placement success.
Hunter mentality:
generating leads, closing deals, and beating targets. Strong relationship-building and candidate management skills. Degree optional. Grit, hustle, and results required.
