This individual will focus primarily on mortgage-related positions and will partner closely with two other Recruiters located in South Florida and Tampa. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement. Because the team receives limited applicant flow, success in this role will depend heavily on the ability to identify and attract passive talent. This position is being hired to provide coverage for a leave of absence, with an initial engagement expected to run from July through October and possible extension through year-end.
Job Function:
Manage the retrieval and processing of utility invoices through vendor portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery into internal systems. Maintain vendor portal access, including account setup, credential management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Reconcile utility accounts and invoice data, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and divisional teams to support invoice processing, payment inquiries, and program implementation efforts. Monitor and support the Utility Automation Program by identifying workflow issues, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements.

2+ years of experience in similar roles
