Job Description

Milton Florida Part-Time:

Friday Pay:
Based on Experience Established business has an immediate 20-25 hour per week opening for an Office Assistant. Responsibilities and Duties Must be highly organized and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision Requires computer literacy specifically in Outlook, Excel & Word. All general clerical duties plus administration of a timekeeping payroll system and interview scheduling will be required. Qualifications and Skills Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence, upkeeping timekeeping systems, preparing payroll and payroll related reports. Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor. Employee and Customer data entry and tracking on a timekeeping system provided by us. Training will be provided. Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates excellent time management and attention to detail. Customer Service skills a MUST!
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
