We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency team. In this role, you will source, screen, and place qualified candidates across a variety of industries. Responsibilities:

Source and interview candidates for open positions Maintain relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement Meet daily and weekly recruiting goals

Requirements:

Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
