In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across multiple industries. If you're passionate about connecting people with great job opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Create and post job listings to attract qualified applicants. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to open positions. Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records and HR database updates. Communicate company policies, expectations, and job details to applicants. Support HR compliance and company standards at all times. Be available on-call when needed for staffing needs or urgent client requests. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic labor and employment laws. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Must be able to work from the office (not remote). Flexible and available as needed for after-hours staffing needs.
