Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our organization. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to navigate various HR systems effectively. The Recruiter will work closely with company executive staff to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Duties Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct pre- interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview scheduling. Maintain and follow-up with employee candidates until starts. Implement talent management strategies to enhance workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Winning attitude with creative thinking skills. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively. Knowledge of employee orientation processes and best practices in talent management. Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in documentation.
