Healthcare Providers Recruiter Essential Job Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Contact and visit APRN programs and recruit APRN students to do clinical rotations at American Care medical centers. Contact and visit physician residency programs and recruit residents to do clinical rotations at American care medical centers when feasible and recruit graduates to work at American Care. Recruit APRNs and physicians through reaching out to existing providers for referrals and through advertising programs. Coordinate with medical center managers APRN students and residents that wish to do clinical rotations at American Care. Facilitate the credentialing process of recruited providers with the Provider Services staff. Required Education and Experience High School or Technical school education Registered Nurse (RN) Recruitment experience preferred. Traveling required. •
