What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter , you'll focus on outbound recruiting and candidate sourcing across technical industries. You'll play a critical role in connecting qualified professionals to top-tier employers.

Daily Responsibilities:

Make 100+ warm outbound calls daily to candidates and referrals Source and screen applicants using job boards, databases, referrals, and creative outreach Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications Schedule and prep candidates for interviews with clients Manage onboarding, paperwork collection, and candidate expectations Maintain ongoing communication with contract employees and clients Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and professional relationships Represent TPC Staffing's brand and promote it as a "best place to work"

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred but not required) Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in recruiting or staffing sales Strong communication and organization skills Able to manage high activity levels and multiple priorities Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship building #IND4
