West Palm Beach, FL A leading MEP engineering firm is seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) talent. This individual will play a critical role in building scalable hiring strategies, developing robust talent pipelines, and supporting the company's continued growth.

This is a fully onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL, requiring candidates to be local or open to relocation. Key Responsibilities of the
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for MEP and engineering-related roles (e.g., Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents).Build and maintain a strong network of MEP talent across South Florida and nationally.

Develop proactive talent pipelines to benchmark candidates against future hiring needs.

Partner with leadership to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company growth goals.

Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence to stay ahead of hiring trends.

Contribute to building and enhancing the internal talent acquisition function as the organization scales. Qualifications of the
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Strong talent acquisition or agency recruiting experience, within construction, engineering, or MEP environments.

Proven experience recruiting for MEP or technical engineering roles.

Established network of MEP professionals (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and benchmark candidates for future growth.

Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations.

Strong understanding of direct sourcing strategies and market mapping. Why Join the
