Job Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our client located in Atlanta, Georgia. This organization has a national footprint, and the majority of this work will be handled remotely. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for both clinical and non-clinical roles, leveraging your expertise in high-volume recruitment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional on-site meetings. Workday as a recruiting tool is a must have; no candidates can be considered without this skill set.
Preference will be given to candidates who have high volume, clinical and non-clinical recruiting experience for multi-state and multi-site locations. Workday as a recruiting tool is a must have.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle high-volume recruiting efforts across clinical and non-clinical positions to meet organizational needs.
- Utilize Workday HRIS and Workday Recruiting tools to effectively track and manage applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Identify top talent through proactive sourcing methods and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with organizational values.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Attend occasional on-site meetings to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
