JCS Systems Inc. is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter to join our team in Cartersville, GA.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for open positions Screen applications and conduct interviews Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records Communicate with candidates and hiring managers Assist with other Human Resources duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the
