Responsibilities may include:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers to build a high-performing workforce . More duties may be assigned upon hire. What You'll Need 3 years as a recruiter. Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate-screening skills to effectively match talent with open roles.
