About this Position The Talent Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources. The primary focus for the role is to execute and manage onboarding communications, schedule job interviews, process online I-9 and E-Verify forms, facilitate new hire orientation, manage background check verifications aligned with company policy, process new employee and contingent worker information in Workday, and manage invoices for the talent department. Responsibilities & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide exceptional administrative support to the recruitment team, hiring managers, candidates and new employees Schedule interviews for recruiters and serve as occasional overflow to assist with recruitment duties to include sourcing, screening and requisition management. Provide professional and responsive communications to all stakeholders in the recruitment process Manage onboarding activities, including communicating next steps and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires Facilitate and manage weekly new hire orientation Coordinate and process new employee information in Human Capital Management system (Workday) Complete I-9 form and E-Verify process timely and accurately Initiate Pre-Employment Screenings and Background Checks Submit required information to third party vendor to complete the Drug Screen and background check and monitor for results Follow-up with new employee to request additional information as necessary to complete the investigation Track background check status in Workday Process and maintain invoices for Talent Acquisition department Support immigration-related processes (as applicable) Assist with HR audits and employment verification systems Perform related responsibilities as required and assigned. Minimum Requirements 1 to 2 years of Human Resources experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Microsoft office Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Immigration processes highly preferred KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
