Recruiter - Bilingual

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll for all Luxor's contract employees
• Establish relationships with the customer's hiring managers and partners
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
• Ability to be on your most of the day walking throughout the facility
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required #IND123
