$32•$33 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM•5 PM education:

Bachelors Responsibilities Strategic Planning:

Collaborates with hiring managers and HR leaders to align on role requirements and develop "ideal candidate" profiles.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

Generates robust and diverse candidate pools for open requisitions, engaging in aggressive, creative, and productive data-backed sourcing activities.

Candidate Evaluation:

Reviews resumes to determine the fit of a candidate's skills, experience, and knowledge; pre-screens candidates and presents synopses/recommendations to hiring managers for role and culture fit.

Process Management:

Actively updates applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure status changes are tracked throughout the process.

Optimization:

Continuously identifies creative ways to increase efficiencies, contain costs, and improve the recruiting process.

Consulting:

Guides hiring leaders throughout the interview and selection process to ensure a smooth engagement and an effective hire.

Diversity & Branding:

Participates in all diversity recruiting initiatives and acts as a brand ambassador to promote our company

Community Engagement:

Identifies new channels and talent pools within our company and community.
