ENGLISH AND SPANISH

) Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management, indeed, other social media venues to identify top talent. Conduct thorough interviews, including behavioral and technical assessments, to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from cold calling potential candidates to closing offers through effective negotiation and relationship management. Source candidates through diverse channels such as campus recruitment, internal recruiting databases, job boards, and social media platforms. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws while preparing contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluation documentation. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine selection criteria. Lead efforts in talent management initiatives like succession planning, training & development programs, and employee relations activities. Experience Full cycle recruitment Proven experience as a Bilingual Recruiter within a staffing agency or corporate environment with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search. Demonstrated success in sourcing through platforms for qualified candidates Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and clients effectively. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across different regions. Experience utilizing social media management tools for lead generation and brand promotion. Background in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and relationship management to build a robust talent pipeline. Familiarity with payroll systems such as temps plus and Uattend; understanding of employee orientation processes and employee relations is advantageous.
